One of our passions is developing innovative projects using inflatable structures. We take pride in our R&D department, where we explore new ways to understand inflatable structure design and technology through the industry and engineering of inflatable tents and textile architecture.We have collaborated on several groundbreaking research and development projects, including the European Balith project and Refresh XXL with the European Union.
Tecnodimension was part of Refresh XXL, a European Union-funded project focused on creating a flexible and cost-effective solution for transporting drinking water by sea using flexible plastic modular containers (water bags) towed by a tugboat. This innovative solution is a testament to our expertise in inflatable engineering and our commitment to sustainable solutions.
The Balith project brought together a multidisciplinary team of researchers, experts, and both large companies and SMEs from across Europe. The aim was to develop, design, and manufacture renewable and organic electrolyte batteries using inflatable bottles. This project showcases our leadership in textile engineering and inflatable technologies, highlighting the potential of inflatable structures in various industries.
